Status on Coronavirus in Italy

Country-wide lockdown - commercial transportation is still operational

27. March

UPDATE 27-03-2020

In attempt to control the spread of COVID-19, the Government in Italy has imposed restrictions across the whole country. Non-essential production has been shut down, and the whole of Italy is now characterized as a red zone area. This results in issues regarding capacity and lead times.

For the time being, we cannot rule out delays in transport in the area, but we will of course do everything we can to ensure that your goods arrive in the best, quickest, and safest way. Due to the current extraordinary situation, all lead times are suspended.

However, LEMAN is still able to handle your shipments to and from Italy. Contact your personal LEMAN contact person to learn more.

We recommend you and all your employees to follow the Recommendations on how to act when recieving and shipping goods.
