Please notice that the French authorities just published a decree banning trucks in Paris area from December 13, 10 PM until tomorrow, December 14, 10 PM.
The ban was due to minus degrees and a bit of snow that had fallen. The last time it snowed in and around Paris, most of the road network collapsed completely. They have been trying to avoid this again with this maneuver.
However, it will have an effect on the goods that were to be delivered this week.
